Feedback for Management – A Loyal Guest’s Perspective Check-in and checkout were smooth as always. Karlos continues to go above and beyond , he’s a true gem and one of the reasons I return. I love the location, and the beach remains beautiful, though sadly, it’s not as clean as it used to be. There are now noticeably more cigarette butts on the sand, which reflects a shift in the customer base and overall atmosphere. The restaurant chefs are still excellent, their consistency and quality are commendable. The servers are doing their absolute best, but it’s clear they’re overwhelmed. It would be helpful to bring back daily training sessions and increase staffing to support them properly. The pool area has become concerning. There are far too many children in diapers using the main pool. This should be monitored more strictly, the kids’ pool exists for a reason. As for entertainment, the attraction team feels weaker than in the past. The only standout is Haytham (the DJ), who is truly fantastic. I hope he remains part of the team and doesn’t follow the trend of great employees leaving. On a positive note, the new gym equipment is a great improvement, well done! However, it’s evident that the staff are under significant pressure. The new management seems very strict, and unfortunately, this approach appears to be backfiring. A little more flexibility and empathy could go a long way. When staff feel supported, guests feel it too. Another point of concern is the sharp increase in prices, the special romantic dinner, for instance, has doubled since last year. It’s hard not to feel that this undermines the value guests once felt here. Lastly, I’ve witnessed a few guests treating staff with clear disrespect. While “the customer is always right” is a common mantra, there must be boundaries. Disrespectful behavior shouldn’t be tolerated, especially when it impacts your hardworking team.

A special mention goes to Omar at the front desk, whose attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. His professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out, turning what could have been an ordinary stay into an extraordinary one. Leaving Jaz Dahabeya, I felt rejuvenated, grateful, and completely taken care of. This hotel has set a new standard for hospitality, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. Overall the hotel was great, small and calm. The beach was great and clean. About the staff there was islam at the pool bar, this guy is a great guy i loved him he cheers u up and always smiling even tho it can be hard sometimes. Maher the assistant manager was a great guy he was so welcoming and a nice person. About the receiption , it took them like 15 or 20 minutes for someone to even check our reservation, but the can be helpful and nice , they doesnt smile much. Animiation team sucks, sorry to say but they repeat activities alot and the night activities just not good. Omar,abdelrahman,samy and farag in the restaurant just made our vacation better best people in the hotel. Mokhtar is the best life guard ever. Hotel is old, rooms are old should be reinovated and the rooms are small, and the cleaning wasnt that good, we had to ask for mini bar water and towels like everyday. I recommend to visit this nice hotel.

However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a laid-back and pleasant getaway!
